My guarantor can't complete the application form that has been sent to them

If your guarantor is struggling to complete the application form due to technical problems, please advise them of the following four steps to check:

  1. Try using a laptop or PC and Google Chrome as the browser.
  2. Copy and paste the link into their browser instead of opening directly from the email.
  3. Clear cache and cookies.
  4. Open the link/site in an incognito window.
