How do I change the date of my next payment?

If you need to change the date from which we take payments from your account, please login to the  MyAccount portal here and complete the online form.

If we have all the information we need a member of our team will reach out to confirm that your request has been accepted and processed.  Please note, if your direct debit is due to be taken within the next 14 days, the payment date change will not commence until the payment following that.
